Separate AWS key specification
An AWS key and a Claude subscription are separate credentials. Permissions, limits and validity must be specified separately; a subscription does not imply AWS usage credit.

Is this a top-up or a supplied account?
This package includes a supplied account and one month of subscription. Choose a monthly top-up if you already have an account.
What if the account has an issue?
Contact our team with your order during the subscription term. The applicable remedy is confirmed before purchase.
How do I find my order?
Open Find your order and enter the email and lookup password you used at checkout. After delivery, your order page shows the delivery details. Keep the order number and password safe; your lookup password is separate from your email password.
Is a subscription the same as API credit?
They are separate products. A Claude subscription does not imply API credit or unlimited API use. Only the account package that explicitly lists an AWS key includes that separate item.
