Connect Claude Code

TerminalShell script

Anthropic's terminal coding agent — wired to Ahrigate in one click

Connect Claude Code through api.ahrigate.com. Choose a model and a key assigned to its provider’s supply group.

Get your API key

Create an Ahrigate API key in the console and pick its supply group. The key is shown once at creation.

Connect it

  1. Install

    Install the Claude Code CLI

Claude Code is Anthropic's official terminal coding agent — it lives in your shell, reads your codebase, and edits files directly. Pick your OS, then run the install command.

    Terminal · Bash / Zsh
    curl -fsSL https://claude.ai/install.sh | bash

Verify with `claude --version`. If something looks off, `claude doctor` diagnoses install/auth state.

  2. Configure

    Point it at Ahrigate

Choose a Claude supply-group key, then run the script in your current terminal. For persistent settings, merge the env block from the other tab into your user settings file.

⚠ Use one credential source. If an existing settings file also defines the endpoint or token, update it too: settings-file values can override shell variables. Confirm the active route with /status.

    Terminal · Bash / Zsh
    # Connect Claude Code → Ahrigate (macos)
    unset ANTHROPIC_API_KEY
    export ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL="https://api.ahrigate.com"
    export ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN="sk-YOUR-AHRIGATE-KEY"
    export ANTHROPIC_MODEL="claude-opus-5-5"
    claude
  3. Run

Run it — right in the terminal

    Terminal — claude
    $ claude
      Claude Code
      Powered by Ahrigate
Type your prompt or /help for commands
    >

In the same terminal, just type `claude`. That's it — no IDE, no plugin. You'll drop straight into Claude Code's interactive prompt, already routed through Ahrigate.

  4. Verify

    Verify it works

Run /status and check that Anthropic base URL is api.ahrigate.com. Send a short message, then confirm the request in Console → Usage.

Watch requests land in real time in Console → Usage →
